<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">When I wrote this book with Rafael Bisquerra, our purpose was clear: to explore the evolution of coaching and how it has taken elements from psychology, management, mentoring and education to become what we know today.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Over the years, we have seen how coaching has continued to transform. The pandemic marked a turning point, bringing coaching into new digital spaces and demonstrating that accompaniment and growth know no physical barriers.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>But one thing remains the same: coaching continues to be a powerful tool for personal and professional development, a way to transform the way we lead, learn and relate.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Thank you to those who have read this book and to those who continue to bet on coaching as a driver of change. Here&#8217;s to many more years of evolution and learning!</p>

While working together was an important step, the process has not been easy. From the beginning, the two had different visions on how to manage the company, which created tensions in the management of the team.</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>As the company grew, these differences became more evident and the workload increased, becoming more challenging. This led them to initiate a coaching process to improve their leadership skills.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Although they started coaching together, they soon understood the need to work individually as well, which allowed them to focus on their personal strengths and weaknesses, essential for business growth.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>They also faced the challenge of empowering their team, which had not fully developed their skills. To unlock the company&#8217;s potential, the objective was clear: each team member had to take on more responsibility and feel empowered to make decisions.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3>The coaching process has been a success. The couple has learned to delegate, trust their team and promote an environment of growth and autonomy. This transformation of the family business has benefited both the leaders and the team, who now feel more valued and empowered.</h3>

Fredvic has made significant strides toward professionalization, including the introduction of an HR department. Our mission is clear: to develop leadership competencies and strengthen the executive team&#8217;s cohesion.</strong></p>

<p>The leadership development project at Fredvic included several stages:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>Self-Assessment:</strong> Identifying areas for improvement and strengthening self-awareness.<br />
&#8211; <strong>Coaching</strong>: Individual and group sessions focused on skills such as assertive communication, conflict management, and decision-making.<br />
&#8211; <strong>Activities and Workshops:</strong> Designed to strengthen team cohesion and promote mutual trust and respect.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3>The results have been excellent. The executive team is now more cohesive, working towards common goals with a shared vision. Leaders have developed critical skills that benefit the entire organization, and the work environment has significantly improved.</h3>
