When I wrote this book with Rafael Bisquerra, our purpose was clear: to explore the evolution of coaching and how it has taken elements from psychology, management, mentoring and education to become what we know today.

Over the years, we have seen how coaching has continued to transform. The pandemic marked a turning point, bringing coaching into new digital spaces and demonstrating that accompaniment and growth know no physical barriers.

But one thing remains the same: coaching continues to be a powerful tool for personal and professional development, a way to transform the way we lead, learn and relate.
