										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>In times of crisis, a couple decided to launch a luxury accessories company. While working together was an important step, the process has not been easy. From the beginning, the two had different visions on how to manage the company, which created tensions in the management of the team.</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>As the company grew, these differences became more evident and the workload increased, becoming more challenging. This led them to initiate a coaching process to improve their leadership skills.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Although they started coaching together, they soon understood the need to work individually as well, which allowed them to focus on their personal strengths and weaknesses, essential for business growth.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>They also faced the challenge of empowering their team, which had not fully developed their skills. To unlock the company&#8217;s potential, the objective was clear: each team member had to take on more responsibility and feel empowered to make decisions.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3>The coaching process has been a success. The couple has learned to delegate, trust their team and promote an environment of growth and autonomy. This transformation of the family business has benefited both the leaders and the team, who now feel more valued and empowered.</h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Entrepreneurship presents challenges. However, with the right support and commitment to personal and professional growth, it is possible to turn those challenges into opportunities.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3>I have seen a clear change of focus on the part of the entity, much more directed towards people and not only to results. These managers face new challenges and changing situations every day with a high level of stress.</h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In an organization of this size, there are many opportunities for growth, to grow into new situations and positions. And for the company it is a priority for its managers to have a clear focus on people leadership.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The trainings I have developed have been very rewarding, since I have perceived from all participants a great interest in their professional and personal development, even in people who already have a long career as leaders of people, which says a lot about them.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I love to collaborate and contribute to the creation and development of more human, more empathetic organizations where collaboration and the health of their professionals is a priority.</p>
