<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">When I wrote this book with Rafael Bisquerra, our purpose was clear: to explore the evolution of coaching and how it has taken elements from psychology, management, mentoring and education to become what we know today.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Over the years, we have seen how coaching has continued to transform. The pandemic marked a turning point, bringing coaching into new digital spaces and demonstrating that accompaniment and growth know no physical barriers.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>But one thing remains the same: coaching continues to be a powerful tool for personal and professional development, a way to transform the way we lead, learn and relate.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Thank you to those who have read this book and to those who continue to bet on coaching as a driver of change. Here&#8217;s to many more years of evolution and learning!</p>
