\u00a0I finished my participation as a trainer in the \u201cPostgraduate in Leadership and People Development\u201d at the Universitat de Girona<\/a> (UdG). It was an enriching experience that I want to share.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The group was made up of professionals from various companies, all facing challenges in team management. The key lesson that emerged is that ASSERTIVENESS (the topic on which the session focused) is the real \u201csurvival kit\u201d in today’s business world.<\/p>\n

Why it is crucial:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many leaders don’t dare to communicate their ideas and needs. Others do, but ineffectively.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

During the session, we practiced assertive communication techniques intensively, and it was fascinating to observe the evolution of the participants. My conclusion is clear: an assertive leader is an effective leader. Clear and respectful communication is the foundation of successful teams and productive work environments.<\/p>\n
