I have the honor of working with Fredvic, a family-owned company where I feel part of the team. Fredvic has made significant strides toward professionalization, including the introduction of an HR department. Our mission is clear: to develop leadership competencies and strengthen the executive team’s cohesion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The leadership development project at Fredvic included several stages:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– Self-Assessment:<\/strong> Identifying areas for improvement and strengthening self-awareness.
\n– Coaching<\/strong>: Individual and group sessions focused on skills such as assertive communication, conflict management, and decision-making.
\n– Activities and Workshops:<\/strong> Designed to strengthen team cohesion and promote mutual trust and respect.<\/p>\n

The results have been excellent. The executive team is now more cohesive, working towards common goals with a shared vision. Leaders have developed critical skills that benefit the entire organization, and the work environment has significantly improved.<\/h3>\n
