En las primeras etapas de liderazgo, el deseo de demostrar capacidad, ganar reconocimiento o alcanzar objetivos ambiciosos puede ser un motor poderoso.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">El problema aparece cuando el liderazgo queda atrapado en ese nivel. Otras, en cambio, marcan puntos de inflexión personales y profesionales.
