									<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Llevamos años hablando de inteligencia artificial en términos de productividad, automatización o eficiencia. Y es importante hacerlo.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pero hoy necesitamos hacernos una pregunta distinta:</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No qué puede hacer la IA, sino qué debemos proteger cuando la utilizamos.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Porque si algo observo de forma recurrente en mi trabajo con líderes y equipos es esto:</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No estamos ante un problema de capacidad.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Estamos ante un problema de bienestar.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Equipos que funcionan, pero están agotados.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Profesionales que rinden, pero se desconectan emocionalmente.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Organizaciones que no entienden por qué su talento se desgasta o se va.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Y esto no se resuelve únicamente con tecnología.</span></p>								</div>

									<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">La IA puede convertirse en una herramienta muy valiosa para el bienestar organizacional.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Permite detectar señales que antes pasaban desapercibidas:</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">patrones de sobrecarga</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">hiperconectividad</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">cambios en la dinámica de los equipos</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">señales tempranas de burnout</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nos permite, en definitiva, pasar de un modelo reactivo a uno preventivo.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Y esto tiene un valor enorme.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Porque el malestar emocional no aparece de golpe. Se construye poco a poco. Detectarlo a tiempo permite intervenir antes de que el impacto sea mayor.</span></p>								</div>
