Coaching as an intervention strategy in adulthood

We finished the subject “Coaching as an intervention strategy in adulthood” in the Official Master in Psychopedagogy at the University of Barcelona.

This subject provides the Coaching methodology for the exercise of their profession as labor counselors. Coaching will undoubtedly make them better, and by going deeper into it, they have been verifying it as they have been applying what they have learned in their professional environment.

In addition, each session has been a gift. Although they are long sessions that we always finish at 9:30pm, it is fascinating to see the level of energy with which we finish each session (including me, of course!).

So I can only feel lucky and grateful. I am fortunate to do what I am passionate about and grateful for the committed attitude of each and every one of the students (without exception!).
