The management of emotional competencies continues to gain ground as a key to successful leadership, even in the institutional environment.
I am very proud to share that from RIEEB – International Network of Emotional Education and Wellbeing (where I have the honor of being part of the board of directors, as well as directing its “Postgraduate in Coaching and Emotional Leadership”) we have signed an agreement with the Diputació de Barcelona to work together in the training of leaders and professionals of local authorities.
This agreement not only reinforces the importance of emotional competencies in the public sector, but also underscores their transformative role in any professional environment, such as business. Because better prepared leaders mean more cohesive teams and more effective organizations.
I share the news in this link.
I am excited that this is a big step towards a more humane and effective leadership!
