Neuro-Leadership: Neuroscience in People Management

In recent years,  neuroscience, has given us discoveries applicable to leadership, companies, marketing, the economy, education, psychology, medicine, and more.

Based onan understanding of how the brain works, its anatomy, and its physiology, neuro-leadership defines the neuronal foundation for leadership and management. It also studies the cerebral processes that explain behavior, decision-making, motivation, emotional intelligence, how you interact with others, intelligence, and individual and organizational learning.

As a team leader, a challenge you must face is helping people to achieve their maximum potential, through the organization’s development. It is essential that team leaders, managers, directors, executives, and each member of the organization be aware of neuroscience’s discoveries in terms of understanding human behavior.

This course is intended to learn how to apply some of neuroscience’s discoveries to your professional day-to-day life as a team leader and in other areas of your life. It provides practical lessons so you can help to create workspaces which, by improving well-being, allow each professional to express their maximum potential and the maximum potential of the organization.

  • To foster improvements in personal, professional, and team quality of life.

  • Neuroscience and managing emotions. Initiation to understanding neurobiological processes in brain function and behavior. Understanding the reasons behind emotions and everyday reactions.
  • Brain evolution and behavior. Interpersonal relationships, social skills. Repercussions on teams and companies.
  • Mood. Neurotransmitters and emotional responses. Professional implications.
