Book Day is the perfect excuse to remember that learning is a never-ending journey
Reading has always been my greatest source of learning and growth. And over time, that love of knowledge also led me to write
In Catalonia, we celebrate Sant Jordi today, a day when books and roses intertwine to celebrate culture and love. For me, there is no better way to celebrate than by remembering the books I have co-written with great professionals:
- Historia del Coaching (with Rafael Bisquerra) – A journey through the evolution of coaching and its influences.
- Revolución Soft (with Isabel Martínez-Cosentino Ramos) – The leadership of the future needs emotional intelligence, creativity, and empathy.
- Gimnasia Emocional y Coaching (with Rafael Bisquerra, Rosa Casafont, Andrés Martín, and José Luis Bimbela) – Keys to training our emotions and enhancing well-being.
- Coaching para Todos (with Alejandro Fiol) – Practical tools for applying coaching in everyday life.
- Emoción y Conflicto (with Rafael Bisquerra and Josep Redorta) – How to manage emotions in difficult situations.
Each of these books has been an exciting project, with the aim of adding value to those seeking to develop their leadership and emotional intelligence.
Today, on Book Day and Sant Jordi Day, I want to ask you: which book has marked a turning point in your personal or professional growth? I look forward to reading your comments!
