Recently I have been teaching a Leadership program to Senior Executives of a well-known bank.
I have seen a clear change of focus on the part of the entity, much more directed towards people and not only to results. These managers face new challenges and changing situations every day with a high level of stress.
In an organization of this size, there are many opportunities for growth, to grow into new situations and positions. And for the company it is a priority for its managers to have a clear focus on people leadership.
The trainings I have developed have been very rewarding, since I have perceived from all participants a great interest in their professional and personal development, even in people who already have a long career as leaders of people, which says a lot about them.
I love to collaborate and contribute to the creation and development of more human, more empathetic organizations where collaboration and the health of their professionals is a priority.
