Webinar that I will be giving in English in the framework of ICF – Philadelphia Chapter. The webinar will be focused on MEASURING COACHING OUTCOMES… an area where coaches sometimes (or a lot of times…) “look the other way”, but… reality shows that we can’t longer “procastrinar” this topic. My idea is to point out some reflections and some tips to START taking FIRST STEPS in this sense.
It’s in English and it will be a challenge for me. I’m going to do the best. Someone has to start, right? We will continue working and we will move forward on the subject. Because it’s time and because it’s one of the main pillars to give prestige to our profession. You already know that this is a very clear focus that I have had as a coach for many, many years. And the measurement of results is a great asset to put in our favor. It’s hard, because we don’t know, so let’s learn! I will share with you some tips that work for me. And another day will contribute another one. From generosity and the goal to contribute to give prestige to the profession. As simple as that.
I am happy and motivated to contribute on a topic on which we really need to move forward, do it seriously and do it well. The prestige of the profession is not a game. It adds up and contributes. “Easy”.
