Unstoppable: Discovering Hidden Potential at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women 2024.

Last week, I had the honor and challenge of delivering four English-language coaching sessions at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. In a sea of 10,000+ inspiring leaders, I connected with four extraordinary women, each an exemplar of leadership in her field.

The fascinating thing about executive coaching is how, even in a single session, we can unlock powerful visions and set transformational goals. These women came in a bit ‘stoppable’ – with undiscovered potential – and left with a clear roadmap to greatness.
