I finished my participation as a trainer in the “Postgraduate in Leadership and People Development” at the Universitat de Girona (UdG). It was an enriching experience that I want to share.
The group was made up of professionals from various companies, all facing challenges in team management. The key lesson that emerged is that ASSERTIVENESS (the topic on which the session focused) is the real “survival kit” in today’s business world.
Why it is crucial:
During the session, we practiced assertive communication techniques intensively, and it was fascinating to observe the evolution of the participants. My conclusion is clear: an assertive leader is an effective leader. Clear and respectful communication is the foundation of successful teams and productive work environments.
