I recently had the privilege of participating in a transformative personal development day at Món Sant Benet, organized by ESADE. Alongside an inspiring group of 60 people, including 10 coaches and participants from various master’s programs, we immersed ourselves in the fascinating world of “personal leadership” – the first step towards leading people and organizations.
Throughout the experience, we took advantage of a safe and enriching environment to explore the depths of our being through plenary and individual meetings. We worked on identifying our personal vision, reflecting on who we aspire to be, the direction we’re headed, and the kind of life we desire to lead.
It was truly amazing to witness how each participant wholeheartedly committed to their growth and development.
We were all willing to take the necessary steps to turn our dreams into reality, from setting clear goals to identifying concrete actions. Each individual embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and personal transformation.
