Transforming Leadership at FREDVIC

I have the honor of working with Fredvic, a family-owned company where I feel part of the team. Fredvic has made significant strides toward professionalization, including the introduction of an HR department. Our mission is clear: to develop leadership competencies and strengthen the executive team’s cohesion.

The leadership development project at Fredvic included several stages:
